Workshop Dinner

   

We have reserved the "Lindensaal" at Zunfthaus-Restaurant-Brauerei Linde Oberstrass for a workshop dinner on Wednesday evening. The menu is:

  • Saisonaler Blattsalat mit gehobeltem Parmesan (Seasonal salad with shaved Parmesan)

  • Glasierter Kalbsschulterbraten an Steinpilzrahmsauce (Glazed shoulder of veal roast with a porcini mushroom cream sauce)
    OR
    Gegrillte Lachstranche "Provencale" (Grilled slice of salmon Provence style)

  • Panna cotta mit Waldbeercolis (Panna cotta with a wild berry coulis)
The cost is 42.50 CHF (meat) / 42.00 CHF (fish), beverages not included. You pay directly at the restaurant.
