TT mapping

The readout partitioning for post-DC06 data is described below (a different mapping was used in DC04 and DC06). In total there are 48 Tell1 boards for the TT station. The readout sectors in each layer of the Tracker Turicensis are numbered column-wise starting from one and increasing in x and y. Note that the 4th and 8th board in TTb have unused inputs.
